[Returns]
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customers' convenience, such as "the size does not fit" or "the product is different from what I imagined."
We do not accept returns or exchanges after using the product.
If the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we will exchange the product.
If we cannot prepare a replacement item due to being out of stock, etc., we will return it. We will only respond if you contact us within one week after the product arrives.

We only replace items if they are defective ot damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item.
[Shipping]
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for reurning item.
After inspecting the product, if we determine that the return was due to our error, we will refund the shipping fee.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
